- Does Clown and Pongo do Kids Parties? A: No Sorry
- I have to change / cancel the date of the booking, what do I do? A: If you have to change the date or cancel your booking, Email Pongomagic@gmx.com ASAP. (Bookings fees are non refundable)
- Do I have to pay a require booking Fee? A: Yes
- Do they require any special set ups for your show A: Nope all we need is at least 25 minutes set up time for stage performances.
- How do I go about booking them? A: If you would like to book them for your event, you can do so by clicking here
- Do you offer refunds: A: No all bookings are final, refunds are only given if I fail to show up on the day.
- Where are they based? A: They are based in Glasgow
- How far will they travel? A: If your destination can be reached by public transport in the UK they are more that happy to come to you.
- How long does their shows last? A: Up to 60 minutes but can be tailored to suit your needs.
- What Type of events do they do? A: Most Public and private events such as weddings, (Halloween) parties, after-dinner events, Nights in, barbecues, festivals, Charity events, restaurants, night clubs, and any other event that you feel you need an entertainer at.
- What payment types do they accept? A: Personal Cheques, Instant Bank Transfers or Paypal.
- What hours do they work? A: Clown and Pongo work from Mid-day to Midnight (Monday- Saturday) & 2 pm – Midnight (Sundays), If you require them to work past midnight, an additional FEE may be charged to cover accommodation / taxi fares if there’s no public transport available.
- Is Pongo house trained? Yes Pongo is house trained.
- Does Pongo Bite? Yes Pongo does tend to bite is someone annoys him, but I try my best to keep him under control
